Day 51: Insulation and Lighting (Part Trois)

WOW ... I took the kids out to go swimming and walking around the mall. We came home and we have a light switch that flips on and off:

1. in the drawing room when you're coming in from the kitchen.
2. in the drawing room from the current piano room.
3. in the parlour.

We also have outlets in the parlour and drawing room, too! Plus, Michael was able to put up the ceiling in the stairway heading upstairs.

We just put in this light at the first floor landing outside of the foyer. It wasn't here 100 years ago!

The aftermath. It took the entire family two hours to clean up the mess. This included picking up all of the loose wires, vacuum, put away the cellulose blower / tubing, putting up the temporary insulation, cleaning the back porch and getting the rooms back together again.
